Key Responsibilities職責:
1. Carry out process engineering duties to support Production, Purchasing and other support department;
履行工藝工程師支持生產、采購和其他職能部門的職責
2. To implement process changes in a production environment;
在生產環境中執行工藝改善
3. Develop new processes that benefit product quality and productivity;
開發有利于產品質量和生產力的新工藝
4. Design, implementation and analysis of experiments to solve production problems;
設計、執行和分析解決生產問題的實驗
5. Support production in maintenance of machineries and equipment;
支持生產部門維護設備機器
6. Support production to trouble shoots and resolves quality issues;
支持生產部找出與解決質量問題
7. Assist Purchasing Team to evaluate suppliers.
協助采購團隊評估供應商

Key Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor's Degree in engineering;
工學學士學歷
2. 1 year or more experience in a manufacturing environment preferbly in optical production or assembly;
一年以上制造型企業經驗，光學生產或裝配行業優先
3. Candidates with hands-on optics production floor experience will be advantageous;
有光學生產經驗者優先
4. Working knowledge in CAD/CAM;
會使用CAD/CAM
5. Fluent in Microsoft Office;
熟練操作辦公軟件
6. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
英語書面與口語流利
7. Pleasant personality with strong team work mentality.
